Whan

Whan, a passionate diver, instructor and former marine scientist, began her diving journey in 2004. Transitioning from the lab to liveaboards in Southeast Asia, she explored diverse underwater landscapes in Thailand, Myanmar, India, and Indonesia. Her deep appreciation for the ocean led her to the Galapagos and Spain.

Whan enjoys challenging dives with strong currents and has a special fondness for muck diving, fascinated by small critters like nudibranchs. In 2011, she became the operational manager of All 4 Diving Indonesia.

Aurelie

Aurelie is our French interface between operations and dive management at All 4 Diving. She joined the team in July 2023. Besides working at the front desk, she also helps clients getting in touch with diving. As an instructor, she loves to put a smile on people’s faces by introducing them to the underwater world.

Exploring the fascinating dive sites of Tulamben and Amed is one of her favourite things to do in Bali. Although her favorite underwater animal is the whale shark, she always keeps an eye out for the little creatures like nudibranchs and crabs.

Ghilman

Ghilman, originally from West Java, has been working as an instructor for our company since 2019. After studying Tourism Destination Management, he soon jumped into the world of diving. After spending all day in front of a computer at the reception of a dive center, he decided to become an instructor himself to get away from the office desk.

He loves to see his students having fun while exploring the breathtaking underwater world. He loves discovering the salty waters of Toya Pakeh, where the coral reefs are still healthy. Despite never having seen a whale shark, these giant creatures are Ghilman’s favorite marine animals.

Aldi

Aldi is one of our three instructors here at All 4 Diving. He wanted to try diving, while in the middle of his studies as a programmer analyst a few years ago, and has been hooked ever since. He joined the team in 2017.

His favorite dive type is muck diving, hence his favorite critters are all found in various critter books and of course on Bali’s great muck diving sites. He thinks the creatures move differently, more elegant and are way more colorful than the ones we could spot easily. Share your macro-creature spotting experience with him, and he’ll be as excited as you are.

Erick

Another Divemaster at All 4 Diving is Erick. While studying accounting at university, he realized that diving was much more fun than working with numbers all day. He joined our team in 2022 and has been a Divemaster ever since.

The two things he loves most about diving are the silence beneath the surface and the vibes of the ocean. Listening to the sounds of coral reefs makes him fall in love with his dream job every single day. When underwater, Erick always keeps his eyes open for turtles and big pelagic.

Galih

Galih is our newest divemaster. After graduating in Marine Science he joined the All 4 Diving team in summer 2023. He loves everything about his job and really enjoys the calmness under the surface as well as the contact with people from all over the world.

Living in Bali since 2014, Galih’s favorite local dive site is Amed with it’s artificial temple and pyramids. His most-liked marine creature is the majestic manta ray.

Angelique

Angelique is one of our Divemasters. After graduating in Underwater Ecotourism, she joined All 4 Diving for an internship and soon became an important part of the team. Originally from North Sulawesi, Angel was introduced to diving in 2018 as her parents are also dive instructors.

The shipwreck in Tulamben is her favorite place in Bali. In terms of marine life, she loves to see all kinds of nudibranchs because of their beautiful colors. When she’s not underwater, you can find Angelique singing on stage or in the choir.

Fianny

Fianny is one Divemaster. After finishing her studies in Marine Ecotourism in Manado, along with Angelique she came to Bali for an internship with All 4 Diving. She quickly fell in love with the team and soon decided to become a Divemaster Trainee.

Chatting with people from all over the world and exploring the mesmerizing beauty of coral reefs is what she loves most about her job. Besides visiting her favorite dive site in Tulamben, Fianny is also passionate about underwater photography and always on the hunt for the perfect shot of a stargazer or cowfish.

Suci

Part of the Operational Team, Suci has been with us since our first days here at All 4 Diving Indonesia. With her smile and humorous approach, Suci makes sure every trip is well organised so that everyone has the best time possible. From the moment our driver picks up the guests from the hotel to when we drop you back and all the time in between 😊

Denis

Denis is our Operational Member in All 4 Diving. He has been working with us since 2013, and shows great passion in selling trips. He’s a Rescue Scuba Diver, and has been diving since 2011. His favorite dive type is slow, calm dives, and his favorite marine creatures are sea turtles as he finds it fascinating how they have long lifespan.

Pewe

Pewe also does the numbers and has been doing so since 2017. After studying accounting at university, she worked for a car dealership but soon decided to switch to the diving industry. Although she’s not a diver herself, she loves watching her colleagues explore the underwater world. She is especially fascinated by the colorful nudibranches. And maybe one day she will jump into the water herself to explore the fascinating world of the ocean.

Mel

Mel is our social media team. Whether it’s creating reels for Instagram or posting on Facebook, she’s the one who does it all. After studying event management and tourism at the Tourism Institute in Nusa Dua, she joined the All 4 Diving team in 2017 for three years and rejoined in 2022 after the COVID pandemic. As she loves white-sand beaches, Padang Bai is her preferred dive site in Bali. Her all time favorite marine animal is the parrotfish – because of its strange looking teeth.
